At current we only ship within the United States.
Orders can take as long as a week and out of stock orders can take as long as 6 to 8 weeks.
Items over 150 pounds will be split to ship by UPS, Or shipped in whole by freight lines. We will call or email for approval of shipping cost and taxes if any that are not billed by the web store.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you cancel your order before it has shipped there will be a 5% charge for credit card charges and transaction fees. This is based on the Gross Total including freight and taxes if any. The Credit Card Merchant account will not refund the charges and transaction fees they charge us. So we are forced to pass the charges on to you.
Cancellation after shipment will be charged a standard fee of 20% for restocking and processing. Cancellation fees are based on the Returned Product Total, freight is not refundable.
Returned items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must have an RMA #. The return must be packed undamaged in the same packaging or better with all paper work. Warranties are done by the manufacture. (see below for warranty information). This means on all returns the returning freight cost will be paid by the customer and will be charged 20% for restocking and other cost. This will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged in transit (not normal) should be refused and reported to the freight line (UPS or other trucking lines) and reported to OY Not Solar. You must file a complaint with the freight line. It is always best to refuse a damaged shipment.
If you accept damaged freight the freight line will write it down as it was "Delivered in good shape". You release the freight line of responsibility you as well release OY Not of all responsibility when you accept damaged freight.
(To make this clear)
You should always inspect the package for damage inside and out. If you accept it and it is damaged it is yours and you should not expect a refund.
Product Warranties:
All product warranties will be serviced by the manufacture. However, Let OY Not know about any problems you have with a product. We at OY Not are customer oriented and will keep a record of bad products and will no longer offer that product line if it proves to be a lemon.
Pricing and Product Availability
From time to time prices change without notice. Normally when there is a price change we are issued a new list which takes a few days to update the web site. There is as well the chance we may have a typing error when entering a price change. We reserve the right to correct these pricing and typing errors even after a customer enters an order. We will place the order on hold and attempt to contact the customer by email or phone or both. If we are unable to make contact with the customer the order will be canceled.
If a product has been sold out or not in stock at the minute, We will contact you by phone or by email. If we are not able to contact you the order will be canceled.
Credit Cards
**We only ship to the credit card billing address.
If your credit card is declined we will not run it a second time. Please don’t ask. We have found that if the card was declined the first time it will be declined the second time as well. We are charged a transaction fee for each credit card we check and have yet to have one go through on the second or third try.
NOTE: If you cancel your order after we have ran the card it takes 48 hours and some cases longer for the canceled transaction to show in your bank account.
We Report Credit Card Fraud and Scams
Scams and Fraud will be reported along with the computer IP address, email address and any other information we collected during the transaction.
